I've successfully created over $10 billion in value, contributing to major public companies, early-stage start-ups, and my own ventures throughout Europe and the Middle East. Career Experience

  • May 2023- Present

    • Overseeing the strategy for the entire digital product for all 15 beauty brands that makes up over 49% of the company’s activity.

    • Line managing two Product managers and subsequent teams, conducting mid-year and annual reviews and offering mentorship and guidance.

    • Product owner of Platform function across all brands- building out a strategy for marketplace and monetization.

  • September 2021- March 2023

    • Product owner for the entire end to end customer experience for Farfetch’s most valued customers: Private Clients. This niche segment make up 1% of Farfetch’s customer segment but >30% of GTV.

    • Currently designing a completely new end-to -end solution to improve our current stylist assignment process and deliver a more seamless social platform to help communication between stylists and private clients.

    • Product lead on company-wide initiative delivering a new innovative in-app luxury sourcing experience for private clients that is driving > 22M additional GTV.

    • Launched 4 a/b tests in 3 months since joining that all won and have been rolled out as new initiatives to help drive growth.

    • Continuously work with cross functional teams to analyse product metrics and consumer research to gather a deep understanding of the Private Client customer segment and identify product gaps as well as new ideas to prioritise in our agile roadmap.

  • January 2019- August 2021

    Series B digital media startup backed by Index, Financial Times, LVMH: "The Economist of Fashion"

    • Own the B2C product including all of the acquisition & conversion funnels, grew our user-base by 110%.

    • Within my first 4 months, I designed & executed BoF Professional’s first profiles feature. Over 10,000 profiles created in 2 months, resulting in 2X job applications on the platform and lead a company-wide on-boarding.

    • Managing our key relationships on a day-to-day basis with our third-party providers, enabling integrations and negotiating all agreements.

    • Led 2 new payment products integrations resulting in a 30% increase in sales and 10% reduction in churn.

    • Product lead for our annual VOICES event that brings together a community of professionals to discuss the biggest challenges facing the Fashion industry. Designing and delivering our first online event that reached over 15,000 users.

    • 3X subscription sign ups with the Paid Trial subscription product & launch that I led. Coordinated cross-functional stakeholders, defined success metrics & led data analysis.

  • June 2015- December 2018

    Awarded 3X Barclays Colleague Recognition.

    Associate Vice President (Producy) Credit Card Acquisitions

    • 65% increase in traffic from leading the launch of the optimised credit card webpage. Worked closely with developers, copywriters & UX designers to streamline customer journeys.

    • Continuously ran AB tests to enable fast-paced product iterations.

    Digital Product Manager- Open Banking Feature for Barclays Mobile Banking App

    • Delivered the in-app onboarding journey to enable open banking capabilities with an above target completion rate of 25%.

    • Led design and delivery of a new UX for spend categorisation in the Barclays Mobile Banking App. Developed KPIs, reported on key metrics, optimised UX based on data and drove continual improvements for the feature.

    Payments Operations and Technology manager

    • Developed a high-level understanding of product analysis by leading an approved deep-dive into 5 new features for the bPay app.

    • The only Product Manager part of the Fintech Innovation team, leading innovation and experimentation in the Mobile Payments business for Barclays UK.

    Business Development and Partnerships Analyst for bPay (fintech app)

    • Part of the initial team to help launch the bPay app to the market.

    • 13% increase in bPay sign-ups through leveraging bPay’s customer analytics to identify a gap in the millennial market.

    • Managed 12 key accounts, including managing day-to-day operations, and took control of creating and regularly updating an internal partner tracker tool for my team.

Entrepreneurial Pursuits

  • Founded a social enterprise that aims to end period poverty by helping vulnerable women manage their periods. Gathered >7,000 followers, developing hygiene products.

  • Founded an ecommerce business during the peak of covid-19 selling stylish sanitizer keychain pouches, sold over 500 pouches internationally since launch.

  • Helped build a curated network of 100s of Big Tech employees, VCs and startup founders. Hosted a fire-side with the Airbnb EMEA GM

  • Building relationships between Barclays stakeholders and RISE startups. Providing mentorship to start ups by leveraging my millennial knowledge and product development acumen.
